Unequipping shield did the trick thanks, altho I dont seem to be able to get the Search for Hepteka quest from the gal in Oasis, only dialogue option is to buy stuff

You need enough intelligence as in the beholders quest. I've added that bit of information.

A player asked me where Nami Tet was. She is in the Oasis. (I think that is the name of the area. It looks like an oasis, with a pond, palm trees, sand...)
