Inspired by a comment Gin made a few months ago I designed this build and seeking advice. Questions to follow:

So my questions for now are:
1.As it's not an AC build there's no need for a shield, should I dual wield? if so, what weapons are best for dual wielding? would medium weapons work? such as warhammer?
2. Is it best to go focused or unfocused on this type of build? AB will be about 58ish not including puissant and favored bonuses with a +10 weapon and blade thirst. what will bonus from puissant be?
3. Saves are not awesome, did I choose the correct saves feats? didn't have enough spare feats to boost all
4. for skills, is it worth is to pump AE and Spot since I can't actually choose ESF?
5. anything stand out that I may not have thought of?
That's what I can think of for now but may have follow up questions.
Will mainly be for farming in Darkmoor but will also test this in Trighton. I have 5 favored enemy feats so I will have to discuss them later
