I'll just put my Risen Lord / Azer build out here, it is a bit easier to level and reaches AB cap with +8 weapon (+63 AB outside).
Side effect of going Azer is that you have to put some efford into WIS, which is always critical for Risen Lord builds.

Pre-epic level split is in parenthesis. I don't have level up split for stats anymore, only posting endgame stats here.
Have the 16th shifter level taken @ level 40 when you reach 25 WIS for outsider bonus feat.

Gua'rijn - 6(5) Druid / 16(7) Shifter / 18(8) Fighter
Dwarf, 8 STR, 8 DEX, 21 CON, 12 INT, 25 WIS, 6 CHA

What is your reflex save going to be at lvl 40 with feats and gear?

You don't have evasion so you're always going to take max damage, is it worth epic reflexes?

If you play as an azer in foundaries, no reflex needed in essence since I think most damage will be fire, in other areas you'll probably play as a risen.

Also, is epic fort needed, i know you don't need it as a risen but not sure for azer, I thought you get massive con on that shape but can't remember for sure.

Now, after all that, i'm not really sure what other feats you could take, haha, maybe epic ele resist feats?

Seems like a solid build, I think on my druid/shifter/fighter risen build, I went 5/10/25 with 20 fighter preepic for better ab, but that was pretty painful iirc and I didn't take outsider shape either.

I'll log in later and check.

Btw, i think your feat allocation is incorrect, you have preepic 8 fighter, that gives 5 bonus feats not 4 (at lvls 1/2/4/6/8) and in epics with 10 fighter you get 5 epic feats and not 6.

All feedback is good, or any alternative ideas would be most welcome before i start it.
