It might exceed my mental capacities how this dungeon works, or it might be buggy at the moment. The behavior of doors seems to be different from old 1.69, where some (half?) of the doors were locked and you had to figure out ways to get to the open doors, with combinations of exits on let's call it "Door Instance 1" and "Door Instance 2" maps. Now that all doors are unlocked by default this seems to be an issue that invalidates the trial-and-error-strategy finding back to the entrance. After finishing the main boss, my toon could not get out. So I started drawing up maps with all 12 exits of both instances and tried to map them to each other but apparently they change with some condition unknown to the player (me ). I have found several entry instances of the lair with no problem over and over again, but none of the doors were linked back to the entrance map when I went through every single of them in both map instances (clockwise). Or am I missing something?

I'll have a try a see if I experience the same as you. Haven't been there in a long time so I don't remember how it's supposed to work. I'll look under the hood if I see something wrong.
